AI SCHOLARS san jose

This program runs as a 4-session (16 hour) experiential bootcamp. Students build foundational knowledge of modern AI concepts and models (using Python and AI libraries) and also evaluate the social and ethical considerations of various AI applications.

Application open for Palo Alto Weekend Program

Applications are processed on a rolling basis, and students will hear back within 3 days of applying.

Project Example: Computer Vision for Emotion Detection

In this project, students work on using Deep Learning to detect faces and classify emotions in images. This can have several use cases such as understanding and improving mental health, or evaluating educational engagement through images or videos.
